Shipping
THE PROCESS
Once you’ve placed an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. When your order is ready to ship, we'll email you a dispatch notification. In general, we aim to get your order packed and posted as quickly as we can - usually within 5 working days. As we are a small business, sometimes dispatch can take a little longer. If you require an order to arrive before a certain date, please contact us before ordering to ensure this will be possible.

DISPATCH TIMES
If your item is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 5 working days. Items ordered on pre-order or made-to-order can take from 2-4 weeks to be dispatched. The estimated dispatch date will be quoted on the product page, but please note these are occasionally subject to change as a result of supplier delays. We always aim to keep you as up-to-date with your order progress as possible.
For any orders containing a mixture of in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be posted out together when the pre-order item arrives in stock.
We aim to have your order of in-stock items delivered to you within 6-8 working days from time of order (for UK and Europe) and 10-14 working days for International delivery. Occasionally there may be shipping delays that are outside of our control.
POSTAGE COSTS & DELIVERY LOCATIONS
All orders will incur a shipping charge of £5 for UK for standard delivery and £8 for Express delivery.
We offer shipping to Europe for £15 and it's £25 for international shipping. These charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your swimwear has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.
CUSTOM CHARGES
For Europe or International orders, you may incur local duties and taxes. At Moxie London, we have no control over these additional costs nor can we predict their amount. Therefore, the cost of these charges are not included in your order and must be paid locally upon receipt. If you need further information before placing your order, we suggest contacting your local customs office.
EXPRESS DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Last orders for in-stock items with UK Express Delivery is 1pm Monday-Thursday
The following postcodes are excluded from our UK Express Delivery service: GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3 postcodes. Items addressed to BFPO postcodes, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Isle of Man are also excluded.
If UK Express Delivery is selected for an excluded address we will aim to deliver your order as soon as possible after the expected date.
Returns Policy
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of an order being delivered to a customer. Return postage is at the cost of the customer and to be eligible for a refund your item must returned be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been removed in any way or the product packaging is missing (e.g fabric garment bags).
For reasons of hygiene, all briefs are non-refundable.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
As we have small runs of stock listed on our website, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Instead, we encourage you to return your item and re-order the product in the new size.
HOW DO I RETURN
Simply complete your returns form and include it in your parcel with your name and order number. Repack your order in the original packaging and post it back to us using a tracked service addressed to:
Moxie London Returns, 12A Hill Road, Clevedon, BS21 7NZ
Please ensure your items are securely wrapped so no damage can be caused to the item and the exchange form must be enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Please note if the above conditions are not met we are sadly unable to process your return and have the right to refuse a refund.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I RETURN
Once your return has been received and completed the inspection process, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be applied to original method of payment. Please note that we are unable to refund original or return shipping costs.
Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
At this time, we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be liable for any returns that do not arrive back at our office.
Please note that when returning an order, we cannot refund your original postage costs.
RETURNING SALE ITEMS
Sale items are voucher exchange only and cannot be refunded; this includes all discounted and promotional items. If you have any questions before placing your order please reach out to hello@moxielondon.com for guidance or review our size guide before purchasing.
RETURNING FROM OVERSEAS
We requests that international customers use a shipping service or courier that provides tracking. Returns sent via a courier should have a signed pro forma invoice attached outside the parcel. Moxie London is not liable to pay customs, duty and/or vat incurred on returned items. Please mark your international return as "uk returned goods".
WHAT IF MY RETURN ARRIVES LATE?
Any returns that arrive after the 30 days are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our offices. Please note, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return your order to you.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Every Moxie London product is lovingly packaged before being sent to you, and we hope that you never experience a damaged or faulty item. However, if you feel there is something wrong with your order please contact us immediately at hello@moxielondon.com so that we can assist you personally in resolving the issue. If your order is faulty, we will reimburse you for the cost of return postage.
